Empezamos nuevo curso con muchas ganas y queremos seguir trabajando y aprendiendo para hacer un mundo mejor, un lugar donde todos podamos vivir en armonía y al que cuidemos, sabiendo lo valioso que es. Pero ya no tenemos objetivos a largo plazo porque nuestro futuro es hoy y ahora, el futuro no es inevitable, está por inventar.
Por esa razón, este curso nuestro proyecto de centro se llamará THE FUTURE IS NOW y estará repleto de acciones, juegos y enseñanzas, ya que lo que está por venir será en buena parte, lo que sembremos hoy.
El reto no es menor, y el futuro que seamos capaces de crear entre todos será la consecuencia inevitable de la calidad humana en las próximas generaciones: cultura, solidaridad, ecología, sostenibilidad, diálogo, participación, consciencia. En definitiva, valores para construir valor.
Como dijo William Shakespeare “No está en las estrellas mantener nuestro destino sino en nosotros mismos”.
Vamos entre todos y todas a construir un mundo en el que merezca la pena vivir y una sociedad que sepa cuidarlo, porque cualquier cambio pasa por el aquí y ahora.
THE FUTURE IS NOW
We are starting a new school year with great enthusiasm, and we want to continue working and learning to make a better world, a place where we can all live in harmony and take care of it, knowing how valuable it is. But we no longer have long-term objectives because our future is today and now, the future is not inevitable, it can be invented.
For that reason, this year our school project will be called THE FUTURE IS NOW and it will be full of actions, games and teachings, because what is to come will be, to a large extent, what we sow today.
The challenge is not minor, and the future that we are able to create together will be the inevitable consequence of human quality in the next generations: culture, solidarity, ecology, sustainability, dialogue, participation, awareness, values to build value.
As William Shakespeare said, “It is not in the stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves”.
Let us all work together to build a world worth living in and a society that knows how to take care of it. It’s now or never.
