Cinco profesoras de nuestro centro han tenido la oportunidad de visitar Nápoles en el marco del proyecto “All children are active in the future with inclusive education”. Esta iniciativa tiene como objetivo promover la inclusión y el desarrollo de todos los niños y niñas dentro del entorno educativo.
Durante su estancia en Nápoles, las educadoras han tenido la posibilidad de conocer de cerca las prácticas innovadoras implementadas en las escuelas y centros educativos de la ciudad. Han participado en talleres, conferencias y otras actividades que han ampliado su visión y reforzado su tarea educativa. Además, esta experiencia ha tenido un impacto significativo en su crecimiento personal, puesto que han conocido una cultura diferente y se han relacionado con profesionales otros países.
Con los conocimientos adquiridos durante esta visita, las cinco profesoras están decididas a poner en práctica las nuevas estrategias de inclusión en el aula. Quieren compartir sus aprendizajes con los otros miembros del equipo docente y trabajar codo a codo para crear un entorno educativo más inclusivo y equitativo para todos los niños y niñas. Esta experiencia en Nápoles ha sido transformadora y refuerza su compromiso con la educación inclusiva.
AN INSPIRING JOURNEY TOWARDS INCLUSIVE EDUCATION
Five teachers from our centre have had the opportunity to visit Naples within the framework of the project “All children are active in the future with inclusive education”. This initiative aims to promote inclusion and development of all children within the educational environment.
During their stay in Naples, the educators have had the possibility to get to know closely the innovative practices implemented in the schools and educational centres of the city. They have participated in workshops, conferences and other activities that have broadened their vision and reinforced their educational task. In addition, this experience has had a significant impact on their personal growth, since they have known a different culture and have related to professionals from other countries.
With the knowledge acquired during this visit, the five teachers are determined to put into practice the new inclusion strategies in the classroom. They want to share their learnings with the other members of the teaching team and work side by side to create a more inclusive and equitable educational environment for all children. This experience in Naples has been transformative and reinforces their commitment to inclusive education.
